Download emulator software from its developers. These links do not include commercial PSP games. File links below were checked on October 2, 2026; they are fixed-version links, so the developer’s page remains the place to check for newer releases.
PPSSPP for Windows
The installer guides you through setup. The ZIP is useful if you prefer to extract the program into your own folder. Neither requires an unrelated download manager. For ARM64 Windows, macOS, Linux or mobile versions, choose the matching platform on the official PPSSPP download page.
After downloading, follow our Windows setup guide. An emulator is the software that runs games; it does not supply your game collection.
Jpcsp developer releases
Use the Jpcsp GitHub releases page. Expand Assets under the release, then choose a package matching your operating system and architecture. GitHub’s “Source code” archives are for building the project, not a ready-to-run Windows installer. If a release has no suitable built package, do not substitute an unrelated mirror.
Jpcsp uses Java. Match the runtime and architecture to the selected build’s instructions; a Java/build mismatch can prevent it from starting. Read the Jpcsp project guide before choosing a build.
Already using an emulator?
Before upgrading, back up saved data and note your current version. Keep settings changes separate from version changes so you can identify the cause of a new problem. See PPSSPP save backups and compatibility checks.
Following an old download link?
This website previously served Jpcsp-related download pages. The current site links to developer-maintained releases rather than claiming to host every historical build. A release date is not a promise of compatibility with your computer or every PSP game.

Our Jpcsp builds guide includes direct Windows archives from a named GitHub release, explains x86 and amd64 packages, and gives context for old SVN download links.
