Editorial Policy

Our aim is to help a reader complete a real task. A guide should identify what to download, where to find the relevant setting and what to do next.

Sources and testing

We prioritize developer documentation, release pages and issue trackers for software behavior. We link sources where they support a particular instruction. Documentation-based guidance is not described as hands-on testing. Any published test result must identify its emulator version, device or system, content tested and material limitations.

Downloads

Download links should identify their publisher and purpose. Fixed-version files include a version and check date. A successful link check confirms availability at that time, not software compatibility, security certification or the permanence of a URL. We do not repackage a third-party installer as our own product.

Compatibility and updates

A game booting is not equivalent to a completed playthrough. We distinguish startup, gameplay, audio and save issues, and avoid copying an old compatibility label into a current claim. When instructions change, we revise the affected text and identify the relevant version where useful.

Images and independence

Images must match the hardware or function described. Illustrative photographs are not proof of a performance test. This independently operated website does not speak for the Jpcsp or PPSSPP developers or Sony. Any future paid placement or affiliate relationship should be disclosed alongside the affected content.

Corrections

A useful correction identifies the page, the sentence or step, the version involved and a source or reproducible observation. Software bug reports should go to the appropriate developer with the details needed to reproduce the issue. See About JPCSP Guides for the site’s scope.
